Spanish Buns

1¼ lbs. of flour, 1 lb. of sugar, ½ a lb. of butter, 4 eggs, a teacup of cream or milk, warmed sufficiently to melt the butter, a tablespoonful of rose water, 2 of wine, a grated nutmeg. Make into buns and bake.
